The historic Oro Stube restaurant produced two success stories: Orosalad and Orofresca, two well-known and extremely popular brands, each with its own identity and mission. Enthusiasm has never been lacking in any of the three businesses but providing the right support and establishing the connection between them proved to be difficult at first.

The goal was to establish a common thread: “mother brand” Orostube, whose values are rooted in both tradition and innovation. This is how a contemporary Alpine brand identity was born.

This historic establishment in Povo is much more than a local landmark, it is a genuine institution. Few parking spaces, countless happy and loyal customers. This is where it all began. This is where the old “Restaurant and Pizzeria” sign started to feel a little too restrictive and new ideas began to simmer in the kitchen – ideas that needed delivering in the right way through a complete rebranding process.

Product quality and carefully crafted communications have made Orosalad the most independent of the brands, as well as that with the greatest growth potential in the family. The challenge was to turn it into a true endorsement of Orostube, starting with the bold and unconventional decision to offer “surprise” boxes. Why? Because if you trust the Orostube kitchen, you can be sure its salads will never disappoint.

One for the collectors: Orostube’s beer adds another layer of value thanks to collaborations with local artists, who are invited to customise the artwork of the gift box. Whereas in the past the involvement of multiple creatives gave this remarkable beer something of an identity crisis, thanks to the new rebranding it has now learned how to stand out and be instantly recognisable.
